Data controller
Expert Source Index is operated by KG LLC, the data controller for information collected through this site. A registered mailing address is available on request at hello@expertsourceindex.com.
Analytics and consent
Analytics are not currently active on this site. If we enable Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode in the future, analytics and advertising storage will default to denied and load only after you choose Accept on a consent banner. This page will be updated first.
Forms
When you submit a sourcing request, newsletter signup, or advertising inquiry, the form is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to us by email. We use the information only to respond to your request. Do not submit confidential deal, portfolio, client details, or material non-public information (MNPI) through any form on this site.
Newsletter signup is single opt-in. We store only your email address to send occasional updates, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your information.
Retention
Sourcing-request and get-listed form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission for business record-keeping, then deleted. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@expertsourceindex.com and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Our service providers, including Web3Forms, may process data on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on those providers' own standard contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children's privacy
This site is directed to business, investment, and consulting professionals and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Third parties
Outbound sponsored links may set their own cookies on the destination site under their own policies. Vendor profiles link to each vendor's own public website, which has its own privacy practices.
